The relevant period for determining the dispatch date refers to working days from Monday to Friday.
The delivery period shall commence one day after receipt of the printable data or approval for printing within the data acceptance period and full payment of the goods (including VAT).
In the case of payment in advance, the date of receipt of payment on the account of Roesler CeramInno GmbH is decisive as the date of payment.
The shipping costs are calculated individually based on the weight and number of pallets of your delivery, the surcharge of the shipping costs takes place automatically in the shopping cart. A table showing the composition of the shipping costs incurred can be found here.
As each order is custom made, a 50% deposit is always required in advance.
Within 10 days after receipt of the delivery, the balance is to be paid by bank transfer.
For initial orders, the goods must be paid for in full in advance.
We offer the following payment options: Invoice, prepayment, credit card or PayPal. For prepayment, credit card and PayPal, the total amount is to be paid in advance. In the case of purchase on account, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is to be paid. Please note that we only process first orders after full payment.
If you have any complaints about the delivered goods, please send them immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org within 8 working days of receipt of the goods.
